“The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was displayed beautifully. Everything was delicious and clean. The room wasn't very clean. You can see hair and paper in the corners of the walls of the room, not swept. There was a spider on the bottom of one of the bed covers. The room was dusty.”

“Staff was good. Rooms, including the bathroom, were tiny. Not much room to move and no table. Ok, for an overnight stay, but not great for an extended stay. Looks like they tried to update, but there were some parts of the walls that needed repair in our room.”

“Room was not cleaned when we arrived , called about some one coming to clean it didn't happen till late, he still didn't do anything removed a bag a of trash out the room that was there ,roomy was dusty also had a VERY MUSTY SMELL that nothing was done about it if we weren't willing to stay out the room for an hour at 10:30, 11 at night kids which wasn't a option.”

“We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful.”

“The hotel is close to Cedar Point Park. The staff was helpful when the TV was not working, and they ran out of tissue paper. What I didn't like was that they never cleaned the room during my stay. They also never changed the towels or the garbage.”
