โSurrounding Great Sand Dunes was very convenient. The hummingbird feeders near our room, was one of the highlights as there were many birds so close to us, as we looked over the sand dune backdrop. Hostess at front desk filled the feeders up as soon as we told her they are running out of feeder food.
The restaurant just down the hill was excellent, with great staff and great food. We had a great time staying at the Great Sand Dune Lodge.โ
โI love staying at this historic hotel. The staff is great and the hotel is beautiful and interesting. The air in the morning on the Plaza is wonderous, so fresh and smells great.โ
โThe only way short of camping to be out in the middle of nowhere and experience the night sky and the quiet is at Hotel Luna Mystica. Also there was a fabulous pizza restaurant just a few miles away. We stayed five nights. The toilet in Spartacus was very cramped but it worked. All in all worth it. The staff is great and it is so nice to stay a place without all kinds of signs indicating not to do this or that.โ
โI enjoyed the large bed in our room, the view of a mountain from the patio and the comfort of the reading room. The breakfast was good too. I wish that they had served bacon along with the eggs but the variety of items was nice. The fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious. โ
โThis B&B is a historic site with the old Taos vibe. Great staff, wonderful breakfasts made on site with fresh ingredients, quiet surroundings and mountain style landscapes. Rooms are spacious and furnished with comfort and grace. We will return. โ
โThis place was 100% awesome. Would always recommend. Canโt wait to go back out west and stay here again. The staff was so friendly, they were 110% awesome. โ
โThis was a perfect stay for a late summer trip. It was magical. The setting is beautiful. The people in the resort were wonderful (Jeannie!). I would recommend it for all year travel, just for an escape.โ
โI had a very pleasant stay at the Taos Inn. Itโs close to everything and carries the old charm you just donโt find in cookie-cutter rooms. The character of the inn is a true plus. A meal at Doc Martinโs is a must, and donโt miss a late patio visit with a cocktail while people-watching the patrons of Taos. The Taos Inn is now a must-stay on my return trips.โ
โBeautiful property hosted by local ski legend, Mike Moore. Three great restaurants less than one block away. Outstanding breakfast! Highly recommend this bed and breakfast. โ
