"We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this property! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and incredibly fast. Every single staff member went above and beyond; they were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. The room itself was completely immaculate, modern, and perfectly maintained by the housekeeping team. On top of the great service, the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the excellent location made exploring the area effortless."

"Hotel was cool can’t really complain only stay 1 night. But The SHUTTLE SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD ESPECIALLY BETWEEN 12:20-1:30PM End up taking Uber to the hotel was like 5 minutes away. Wait for A Shuttle for 2 hours that never came hotel did not answer their phone when I Call."

"En general, mi estancia en Barceló Sants fue excelente. El hotel es limpio, cómodo, el personal fue muy amable y la ubicación es muy conveniente. Me gustó mucho el concepto inspirado en el espacio, pero creo que el hotel podría llevar esta temática mucho más lejos. Sería genial contar con más decoración relacionada con el espacio, iluminación temática, obras de arte y elementos interactivos tanto en las habitaciones como en las áreas comunes. El concepto ya es bueno, pero con más detalles y una experiencia más inmersiva, el hotel podría destacar muchísimo más. 🚀"

"The staff were fantastic throughout my stay and were incredibly helpful, especially when an issue arose with my room. They promptly moved me to another room and handled everything professionally. The room itself was great. It was clean, comfortable and with excellent air conditioning. The rooftop area was also lovely and a great place to relax. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and pharmacy just metres away, which was extremely convenient. Breakfast was delicious, particularly the pastries, which were excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with fantastic staff, a great location and excellent facilities. I would happily stay here again."
