โFirstly, all employees are very very kind to me. I didn't expect facilities of the hotel because there are a lot of harsh reviews about that. It is only the location that made me decide. Of course, the location was perfect and when I saw my room, I was so satisfied. It was clean and had small terrace with wonderful view. Mattress of the bed surprised me and bedding(covers) also has high quality. Breakfast was not bad. I will visit this hotel again. I swear.โ
โWas an issue, but I couldn't define adequately the reason. During the booking, I don't remember to have the option to change the age of my kid. I came early and alone to do the check in and receive the key.
When we arrive late in the night, the booking was done for under 1 year old (she is 11) so just one bed was in the bedroom.
They offer option to resolve and that's a good point, but the error could be in the website, or the hotel options.
But definitively, the location was great to visit...
โThis hotel is just OK in terms of equipment, breakfast, kindness of staff, etc, even if the location is really good. For example, shower booth is really small, so I have to open the booth door to dry with a towel. If I have another chance to visit Stresa, I would choose another hotel nearby, even if it cost more. But a personal a/c in each room is of advantages. Usually, hotels in Stresa don't have a personal a/c.โ

Unser Zimmer (Turmzimmer) war sehr sauber.
Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Wir haben diesen Ausblick genossen, sei es am Morgen nach dem Aufstehen oder am Abend bei einem Glas Wein.
Unser Zimmer hatte auch einen Kรผhlschrank, was bei den heiรen Temperaturen nรผtzlich war.
Auch eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, die jedoch automatisch gesteuert wird.
