Room was nice, tho it would be nice to have a microwave. The website said breakfast was included, but when I got there was told that they hadn’t resumed offering breakfast. Does that mean since the pandemic, which has been over for well over a year by now?

I was very disappointed. It is at that far end of town, not within walking distance of anything but a local market. The TV is as old a flat screen as you can have and it is slow to do anything. The coffee maker was broken. A light sconce that should be outside instead of in was so loose it flipped upside down when touched (a fire hazard). It stated on the contract that thy serve some kind of breakfast and was told at check-in where it was supposed to be. When we went there, we were told by another employee that they don't serve breakfast and we should go find a restaurant. There are sliding doors to the pool area, so you have to have the curtains drawn at all times.Three stars is being generous.

Great stay! Good location, comfortable beds and decent rooms. The pool deck area was small and lacked good lounge chairs, but it was more than fine for the kids. The front desk was very nice and helpful, and we decided to stay another night! The only glaring issue was how horrible the lobby looked. It was a surprising contrast to the Inn's pretty and charming exterior. The lobby is desperate for a remodel!

I booked this place because I was going to celebrate my 2 year wedding anniversary with my husband. I originally booked a room with a King bed. Since it rained so much the weekend we were staying I decided to call and find out how much more it would be to upgrade to the Jr. Suite with Jacuzzi in the bathroom since we may being staying in more then we planned. When I called I was quoted $290 for the upgrade. I told the receptionist I would have to speak to my husband first before agreeing. Well I decided not to mention it and once we arrived I was told that we were upgraded to the Jr. Suite for free! Wow! what a surprise. The room was very clean and spacious and the Jacuzzi was amazing. We had an amazing weekend. The staff are super thoughtful. They even had a black board with all the festivities of the week to inform guest of what is happening in the area. I would defiantly stay there again.

This property was at the end of the main strip of solvang. Our night stand drawer wouldn’t shut completely and kept opening. The frig cabinet wouldn’t shut either. The restroom had an odd smell.

They wouldn’t allow anyone (I was the only one waiting) to check in before regular check in time even though they clearly had tons of clean rooms ready. I asked for late checkout on Monday morning and was given 45min extra even though the hotel was basically completely empty. They weren’t even attempting to be accommodating. It felt like they actually didn’t want customers there unless they absolutely had to be. The jacuzzi was full of tree bits and old ice cream bowls were sitting on a chair. Looked like it had been there for days. The room was mostly clean so that was the only thing that was ok. Coffee additions were both open and partially used. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again…but mostly because of the customer service. I can overlook the small things if staff is nice and I feel welcomed.

sorry your stay was unsatisfactory; I do apologize that we were not able to check you in early due to a sold-out night before (Saturday night). that can be hard to accommodate anyone for an early check in. the actual check in time is after 3pm. we on thousand percent do the best to accommodate our guest and 9 out of 10 we are very successful. rushing our housekeeping all it does is a possible mistake like you said was left on the chair. if that was so you should have called front desk or walked down and said something to front desk about. we would have been more than happy to fix the issue right away. housekeeping would have to re-due the room or simply moved you to a different one that was available in that time. I see no complaints in your folio for record keeping. If you happen to look at our reviews 95% include how clean our rooms are, and our housekeepers do an amazing job cleaning them after our guest. find it hard to believe that all those things were found wrong like this our head housekeeper would have noticed it right away. but no, complaints to the front desk. We allow late check outs until 11:45am no later than that. keep in mind there is also other incoming ARRIVALS WHO WOULD ALSO LIKE TO CHECK IN EARLY LIKE YOUR SELF. JUST LIKE ANYOTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA THEY WILL NOT ALLOW LATE CHECK OUT AFTER 12PM or just not allow a late check out at all.

Didn’t end up staying the nite because we didn’t feel safe and there was thugs in the parking lot scoping out cars with no security Guards watching after the cars. It was a really bad idea booking this Hotel

the front rooms are very noisy. Beds need to be upgraded make too much noice with any moovement it almost felt like it was going to brake. Staff was profecianal and room was clean.

Please update Expedia to reflect that the hotel is not offering a Continental breakfast at this time. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. We would stay there again and recommend it.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we haven't been serving continental breakfast for the past 2, 3 years. I personally checked Expedia and I couldn't find were it said we offer breakfast, but we did communicate to Expedia we don't offer any type of breakfast unfortunately there is not much we could do because is a third-party website and we don't have access to it. but we are looking forward to your next stay with us. Property was very cute in a good location in Solvang, rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that the pillows were rock-hard (I even prefer a firmer pillow) and I did not sleep very well because of it. If the hotel could purchase new pillows then the stay would be 5/5.
