Good hotel and great location! We were in town for a concert, so we mainly used the room to sleep, and it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was with housekeeping. They knocked around 9 AM, and I told them multiple times that we were still in the room and not ready to check out. After the third time, the housekeeper opened the door while I was still in bed, which I found very uncomfortable. They came back again around 10:30 AM asking what time we were leaving, even though checkout wasn’t until 11 AM. It made us feel rushed and was honestly pretty rude. Overall, the hotel itself was good and the location was great, but the housekeeping experience definitely took away from our stay.

Some staff at front desk lacked customer service. I asked if they had a microwave available somewhere and guy just said it was out of the way down a hall and I probably wouldn't be able to find it because no one usually did. That was it never even offered to take us to show us. Besides that stay was good no complaints.
