The staff was courteous. The shower heads are a little low for a person over 5ft.10" tall. Beds were a little lumpy. Some of the staff couldn't understand English very well. Otherwise, things were ok.

I would stay here again. The accessible room was comfortable and the price very good. For the most part it was quiet except for 9am Saturday when leaf blowers were outside my room AND housekeeping vacuumed inside. Staff was competent, accommodating and friendly.

This is my second time staying here for work related travel. Some of the best Korean and Indian restaurants that I've ever been to are within walking distance, as well as convenience and grocery stores. Its also walking distance to nVidia, and a nice walk along the canal. I will come here again each time i visit Santa Clara.

The building was older and the deluxe room which was supposed to be better and slightly more expensive than standard was a bit shabby. Square pillows not comfy. But the sheets and towels seemed clean. Bathroom older but clean. No bad odor in room. Did not use tv or coffee machine. It was fine for one night.
