Liked: Staff & service
The room was spacious, and I really liked that we stayed in a room with no neighbors next to us or below us, which made our stay feel very quiet and private. The staff was friendly and helpful, although there wasn’t anyone physically present at the property. Everything was handled through a monitor with a live agent, which was convenient and easy to use.

Virtual concierge service to check in. You check in on a kiosk with a remote host. The water pressure is excellent! I find the beds to be a little too soft but everything is clean and comfortable

A very clean, quiet, no odor, comfortable option. This was my second stay while traveling solo. Good landscaping, lighting, and simple modern renovations. A great place for anyone looking for a nice, bare-bones, no-frills motel.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
Let me start with the positive: Room was clean. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. All else was very poor. Room service was terrible. My request for Room service was ignored and when I called for follow up, I was kept waiting for hours until I gave up. There was not enough soap or shampoo. We ran out after a single use and spent the rest of our stay without. The internet was barely available. I missed to complete my planned work due to non functional WiFi.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
The room itself was fine, clean and comfortable. It was advertised as having a pool; it did not. It advertised breakfast; had none. But the biggest issue was the lack on onsite personnel. When we arrived to checkin, we were greeted by a kiosk with some guy in India explaining their procedures and taking our money. No real person. It felt sketchy and weird. In the future I’d go to the Holiday Inn next door.

For the price the rooms were clean and adequate. I appreciated that they let us check in an hour early with no extra charge. That meant that my room hadn’t been cleaned yet but they took care of it immediately.
