When checking in, the front desk receptionist was a little rude. I wanted to read the terms and conditions before signing or paying, but the receptionist was hurrying me up to pay. Then when checking out, I asked him for a receipt and he just said that Expedia would give it to me and nothing else. I understand that, and I did get the receipt from Expedia, but he was very dismissive and didn’t seem like he wanted to help at all. He didn’t really help with any information about my stay or checking in/out, except giving me my room card and WiFi password.
