Checked in once we saw the property and room it was time to go. The king size bed looked like it was rode hard and put away wet. Nonetheless, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us a complete refund and we were on our way to find new accommodations.

Cozy room and good location tucked into one of the main roads of Santa Fe. AC / heater was perfect! Parking was conveniently in front of your room, however over the weekend for the fun DJ event all those spots were taken and we had to park in a tight corner spot. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Fe by IHG
I had paid for Holiday Inn & noted with emotional support dog when I reserved for 4/30/26 through hotel.com. When I got there they said they don’t allow any dogs unless you pay &250.00. So we didn’t stay there
