“The area was a little sketchy but the hotel is so cute!”

“Location was good - parking in cruise terminal car park really easy and inexpensive €15 for 24 hours. Apartment had everything we needed and lots of we didn't. Only minor complaint would be that we didn't realise we would be looking at windows inside a lightwell so it was a bit dark and gloomy. If we had windows looking out to the town might have been brighter, but a comfortable easy stay.”

“This is a beautiful property in the heart of Lisbon’s Alfama district. The room was small but very nice with a cute little balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Very well located, however be careful when opening the trunk of the taxi to get your luggage (sloped).. the elevator is slow, but very stable.. Breakfast next door is amazing.. wine bar is awesome !!”

“We had a wonderful stay at our apartment and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here as well. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. Everyone was so kind and helpful at the office location close by. They helped us store our luggage when we arrived early and also again when we checked out. They made sure our check-in went smoothly through email and when we arrived in person. They also included nice welcome gifts including a bottle of wine! The location was...

“Staff helpful and friendly. Historic hotel with large suites. Amaya room has balcony. Nice breakfast. Location walkable to multiple restaurants.”
