"The price was great. The room was large and comfortable. Everything appeared newly renovated and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. It was conveniently located to restaurants. The lady at the desk was friendly. Overall, a very nice experience. "

"I only gave four stars for the last two as they are undergoing renovations however the staff is friendly and the manager/owner is fair and he does go above and beyond for his guests. "What a treat and pleasant surprise! I came from San Antonio with my family to visit the Santa's wonderland light show and I was not expecting much but the staff at Country Inn & Suites went above and beyond for my family. They provided complimentary bottled water with no limit, there was cookies and the evening, the front desk staff saw that we had a large family and gave us a complimentary upgrade so that we would have more space. My family and I will make sure to tell our friends about this...
