Perfect place to stay in Santiago for our group of six. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff at the hotel spoke English and were very helpful. Our room was small but it had a very comfortable king bed and nice shower.

The hotel is service and location is good. However, it is an old building and they have not invest in enough maintenance in the last years. Rooms need changing the carpet! It would also be good to have a small desk in the rooms to be able to work comfortably. Breakfast are very good with a lot of options and fresh food. Service is also very good.

Very good hotel in Providencia

It is my second time at this hotel with a great experience. I really like the location walking distance to metro station, grocery stores, mallls, banks. Hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

As equipes, tanto da recepção, do restaurante e limpeza são prestativos e educados. O quarto é limpo, porém é minúsculo: não tem onde colocar as malas, nem a de bordo, e tivemos que improvisar. Muito desconfortável, apesar da cama ser boa. O chuveiro é bom, mas o vazamento de água para fora do box foi horrível. Não tem duchinha higiênica. O café da manhã era razoável para um hotel 4 estrelas. As 3 frutas servidas repetidamente não eram de qualidade, e o café estava mais para "água de batata". Enfim, o Hotel foi uma decepção. De quatro estrelas somente no valor da diária.

Superbra läge, väldigt nära både Cenco Costanera och Mercado Urbano Tobalaba (MUT). Stort rum (superior) med soffa, rent och fräscht men lite solkiga heltäckningsmattor. AC fungerade perfekt och tyst. Stor och skön dubbelsäng och sköna kuddar. Svinhalt golv i duschen. Frukosten var lite av den tristare sorten med torrt bröd och inte så mycket att välja på. Även hög ljudnivå i matsalen. Poolen ser fin ut på bilder men var ganska smutsig och inte särskilt inbjudande. Ett plus dock att den var uppvärmd. Värmen gjorde å andra sidan att det lilla utrymmet kändes väldigt kvavt och instängt. Vi badade inte pga detta. Det borde även ha tillhandahållits badrockar på rummet att använda på väg till poolen.

Muito confortável e localização estratégica, perto do Costanera, estação de metrô, restaurantes, bistrôs e tudo que interessa aos turistas que queiram curtir a elegante cidade de Santiago. Esse fator valorizou demais a viagem. Não usamos táxi (fuja deles como o diabo da cruz) somente transfer aeroporto hotel e metrô.

Hotel com ótima localização

A localização do hotel é ótima. Fica próxima a estação de metrô. Dá para ir a pé ao Sky Costanera, ao Jumbo, que é um mercado bem completo, ao Mercado Urbano, que é um local muito legal. As instalações do hotel são muito boas, atendentes muito cordiais.
