Location, Location, Location

This hotel is close to shops, restaurants. It is parallel to Isidora Goyenechea street, near the theater, and parks. The staff is welcoming and very polite. Breakfast included with all sorts of favorites such as breads, pastries, deli, yogurt, cereal, coffee, natural juice, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. It is actually near the GOLF metro station and that takes you to many places including the art museums near Bellas Artes station. Chile is an amazing country and this hotel is well-located in Las Condes so I highly recommend it and will be back to the same place.

Em + de 20 viagens pelo mundo, eis o pior hotel.

Minha experiência no hotel foi decepcionante. As fotos divulgadas não condizem com a realidade do local. O único ponto positivo foi o atendimento cordial da equipe da recepção, que se mostrou atenciosa durante toda a estadia e a localização. No entanto, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, e o café da manhã foi o pior aspecto: pouca variedade, reposição lenta e desorganizada. Em um episódio grave, presenciei um hóspede derrubar um pegador de pães no chão e o funcionário simplesmente recolheu e colocou de volta para uso, sem qualquer higienização. Além disso, frequentemente faltavam itens básicos como presunto, queijo e pães. Os quartos e banheiros são pequenos e o pé direito baixo, mas isso não seria um problema se otimizassem o espaço. O pior são os mobiliários, roupiero, cama e ar condicionado que são antigos. Infelizmente, não recomendo este hotel. A experiência foi muito abaixo do esperado.

Fui passar apenas 3 dias, mas a localização é excelente, da para ir a pé ao shopping costanera, tem mercados, restaurantes, lanchonetes ao redor. A equipe toda muito simpática e atenciosa. O café da manha delicioso. O quarto tinha um tamanho bom, além de uma área para guardar as malas e não deixar jogadas pelo quarto, tinha um guarda roupa com cabides e cofre. o banheiro amplo e confortavel, com amenities (shampoo, condicionador, sabonete, touca para cabelo). Os pontos a ser melhorados: a agua do chuveiro apesar de nao ser gelada, não é taaao quente assim, no frio isso faz a diferenca. A cama poderia ser um pouco mais confortavel. De maneira geral, recomendo e voltaria. Preco justo.

Excelente localização, preço justo.

Muito bom hotel, excelente localização no bairro de Providencia. Excelente quarto. Não tive problemas. Cafe da manha é bom, embora repetitivo. Boa atenção na recepção. Caso tenha uma excursão cedo, eles preparam uma caixa com um lanche para levar, o que é um diferencial.
