“We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023.

“We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s away from the main tourist area and very quiet and peaceful. The view especially at sunrise is incredible. Everything was beautiful and clean. The host is very helpful. The way the rooms are designed, it feels very private and you can’t hear others. We loved the restaurant and bar nearby. It’s also easy to get a private transfer to get around for 20-30 Euros or you can walk 10 minutes into Mesaria to take the bus into Fira for 2,20 Euros. She owns a few cats...
