상파울로 출장
호텔은 공항에 바로 인접해 있어서 다른 연결편을 이용할 때 아주 편리했다. 공항에서 호텔까지 무료 셔틀이 매 20분마다 있어서 이 점도 매우 편리했다. 호텔과 조그마한 호수를 사이에 두고 맞은 편에 메리어트 호텔이 위치해 있었고 공항행 일반 버스를 타고 시내 관광 후 호텔 부근에서 내릴 수 있어 공항까지 가서 셔틀을 타는 수고도 덜 수 있어서 이 또한 편리했다. 셔틀 버스 타는 곳은 information desk에 문의하면 알수가 있는데 대개 공항 입구를 빠져나와 길을 건넌 후 왼쪽 방향으로 조금 가서 기다리면 호텔 이름이 표시 된 큰 버스를 볼 수가 있다.

Everything in our stay was perfect. Emerson did a great job welcoming us to the Lounge located at the 10th floor. We were also upgraded and we were ‘the guest of the day’, which made the stay way more enjoyable.

Infelizmente o hotel está muito ruim pelo preço cobrado. A acomodação que ficamos era péssima, defeito no chuveiro, vazamento no box, torneira espirrando água. O suporte para a mala tudo torto e desmontou e arrebentou a tira colamos a mala. Tem falta de manutenção e precisa de uma reforma urgente! Não há lógica entre o que oferece e que é cobrado! O atendimento da equipe é o que posso dar uma boa avaliação e o café.

I have stayed at the Pullman Sao Paulo Guarulhos many times and this was prob the worst stay. We were located on level 1 which really noisy and the noise coming from the lobby was horrible. They seem to collect the same details everytime, including when stayed there 3 weeks apart, needing to give email, phone etc details again. On this last occassion, we booked 3 rooms one of the rooms was for 2 adults and 1 child - however there was only two king single beds in the room when the room was booked for 3. the other dissappointing thing was the room window had a massive crack in it which didn't look safe at all. First time I was extremely dissappointed staying there.

Hotel incrível mas transfer para o aeroporto péssimo. Deixei meu carro após a viagem e tive que esperar quase duas horas pois o transfer para para almoço. Cheguei em SP e desembarquei chegando no local do transfer as 13:10, somente aí constatei que ele só teria novo transfer às 14:30 mas mesmo assim só chegou às 14:50 após eu ligar inúmeras vezes para a recepção do hotel. Um hotel com esse preço e categoria não pode ter um serviço dessa qualidade pois as pessoas se hospedam nele pela proximidade com o aeroporto. Hilton, Mariot, Íbis e outros hotéis tinham transfer disponível a vontade

A Gerência viu registro da equipe de que não gostou do primeiro quarto recebido, no primeiro andar.
