The whole place is great. Reception, restaurant, rooms, entry system (facial recognition so no need to carry card keys). Pool is very cool as well and fairly sized, gym a bit simple but does the job. Good location and breakfast is delicious. There’s a lovely lady who makes omelet and tapioca, she’s always happy, smiling, chatty and helpful, a superstar. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in São Paulo.

Es buen hotel, le falta más calidad en el servicio de las habitaciones, no las limpian a menos que llames. El lugar es lindo la alberca tiene una vista espectacular pero solo está de adorno por qué el agua es helada y todo el tiempo que estuve ahí tenían una manguera llenándola jajjaa

O hotel é super novo, com quartos espacosos e uma boa ducha. Ficamos em um quarto com cozinha completa e varanda mobiliada. Hotel excelente, ficamos somente uma noite, mais é muito confortável, limpo e aconchegante. Tivemos problema na acomodação, reservamos o quarto familia e nos deram o quarto triplo, tiveram que colocar mais uma cama no quarto pois não tinha disponibilidade para mudança. O quarto ficou muito apertado. Outro detalhe é o estacionamento, no check-out esperamos muito para o manobrista entregar o carro.

Virkelig hyggeligt hotel, hvor der er lige det, du har brug for til at par dages oplevelse i byen. Beliggenheden er fin, da du kan gå til flere højdepunkter, og der er glimrende spisesteder i nærheden. Eneste minus er poolen, der er lidt lille og ganske kold.

Uma das melhores experiências em um hotel que já tive. Fui com minha esposa e dois filhos, 6 e 8. O atendimento foi impecável. A recepção trouxe presentes para nossos filhos, sempre atenciosos com tudo. O café da manhã é MUITO BOM. Muitas opções. A moça que faz a tapioca é muito simpática e também atenciosa. Nota 10 para esse hotel.
