"Upon arrival staff was very welcoming and friendly. Requested a room with an outside seating area and staff was able to accommodate us with an available room. It had a small but clean porch with a sitting area. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and sink. With a lot of kitchen ware on hand. Room was clean and spacious. Had a sitting area with the tv. The hotel had a game room and a communal kitchen for the rooms that did not have one. Walk to river front and close to restaurants. Staff was helpful and checked on up whenever we were seen. Will definitely stay again. "

"No hot water. Below luke warm.
Tv satellite would not catch signal.
Bathroom circuit was tripped off so the GFI that ran the stationary hair dryer and coffee pot did not function.
Toilet tank leaking so that it kept filling up making the annoying noise of it filling constantly.
Fridge froze our salad and food making the salad bad . Greek salad from pizza factory that I really wanted.
Garbadge service when I called for assistance.
