"The positive points are the great view from the room and the good location. However, the service was very poor. The staff was unprofessional and made numerous small mistakes. For instance, they failed to deliver my luggage to my room. At breakfast, I was assigned to a table, only to find that someone else was also given the same one. I was also served the wrong tea. To make matters worse, I returned from breakfast around 9am to find housekeeping already in my room. While the hotel itself looks modern, it is poorly maintained. Many things were broken or out of order."
