Everything is dirty/ poorly maintained, I had a water dripping from the ceiling after light rain. Walls, ceiling, showers, bed linen, everything was old / stained/ not working well. Pay attention, that they ask for your ID picture to be sent to their email or phone number for "verification". I exposedy personal information and realized it too late. No early bags drop off...

“I checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine. After pointing this out, they moved us to a king room—the room we originally paid for. No apology, no explanation. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. “Nice older hotel, but homeless are right outside the door. The front staff at the desk were 2 men who had absolutely no customer service skills. I asked about parking and he said, "I don't own a car, so I don't know." The hotel was clean and the beds and everything were nice. We did buy breakfast in the hotel and the staff in the restaurant connected to the hotel were exceptional! It's right downtown and the location to walk to places was great, you just have to literally dodge and walk...

“Loved the free parking. Staff was mostly very friendly but not really helpful about transportation info. Rooms were very nice and comfortable but needed more lighting. The sink area was extremely dark. Breakfast was excellent and loves the coffee and water in the lobby.”
