“방이 작은 것은 그럴 수 있다해도, 주방이 있는 방에 식탁이 없으면 조리한 음식을 어디에서 먹으라는 건지... 다리미는 있는데 다림질판이 없고.... 세탁/건조에 쿼터코인으로 3달러가 필요하다 해서 편의점에서 12개를 바꿔다 하려고 보았더니, 건조에는 별도로 3달러가 필요해서 또 편의점 가서 필요없는 물건 사고 바꿔다 썼음. 그런데 쓰려고 보니 세제가 없어서 이메일로 문의했더니, 세제는 제공하지 않는다고.... 11시 퇴실 전에 객실점검을 위해 직원을 들여보내 달라해서 문열어놓고 기다렸는데 아무도 없고... 비대면운영을 하려면 좀더 세심하게...”

“Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay.”

When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. "We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which made our trip to Boston even more special. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a café and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient — we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully. Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. There’s even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus. Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication of the staff — thank you for making our stay so memorable."

"대중교통 이용하기 좋은 위치에 있어서 편리했어요. 그리고 1층에 스타마켓, 스타벅스 있어서 좋았습니다. 룸이 좁다는 후기가 많은데 좁긴하지만 2명이 사용하기에 불편함은 없었어요.. 침대아래 서랍에 기내용 캐리어가 수납되고 세면대가 밖으로 나와있어서 저는 더 편했어요.. 하지만 TD Garden에 경기 있는 날은 늦은 시간까지 소음이 나서 그건 좀 별로였어요. 전체적으로 만족하고 재방문 의사 있습니다!"

"청결은 어느정도 관찮지만 리썹션 직원들 특히 여직원과 짐맡아주는 직원은 최악 불친절하고 매우 도전적임. 최악의 호텔 ever. 객실에서는 지나가는 모든 손님들의 소리가 다 들리고 물론 샤워 소리도 크게. 비추합니다. 다시는 가고 싶지않은 호텔입니다.힐튼이라 가격도 만만치 않게 지불했는데 동네 모텔 느낌. 이상입니다. 첵인 쿔플레인을 감지했는지 나중에 과일과 아침식사 바우쳐 보내왔습니다. 감사합니다."
