“The hotel is good in concept, but let down by maintenance and provision of kitchen items. We had 2 rooms with kitchen with 2 people per room. 1 room had only 1 set of dishes and cutlery. Neither kitchen sink had a plug. No dishcloth or brush for washing dishes. Hotel provided tea bags, coffee, milk but no sugar. Body wash dispensers in shower were not refilled. Bathroom light in 102 had faulty motion sensor. One room had no bath towels provided. Bathroom door in 102 would not close.

“Never again. Obviously a dhss hostel. Wafer thin walls and doors slamming till 4am every night.
Would nt check me in cos I had no photo I'd, and had to change the name on my booking to my work mates even though I'd paid in full.
Wouldn't wish a stay here for my worst enemy”

“Pam and I were made very welcome and didn’t feel like outsiders at all. Brilliant decor and comfort. I would highly recommend Oliver’s Guesthouse
