"overall my family had a great time at the Moxy vb. Loved it was oceanfront and valet parking is right across from the hotel. Our room did have a mini fridge which is a huge plus. Just wish they would add microwaves and it would've been perfect! There is one in the lobby to use but sometimes you just want to order door dash and stay inside. Each night was an activity at the bar. Never a boring night."

"This is an older property that can definitely use some upgrades. We were booked into a 'pool view' room, and it was horrible. Overlooked a parking lot, and it was very small. However, the staff was wonderful when we asked to change rooms. After paying a little extra for the upgrade, our 'ocean view' room was great! Very spacious, and the view was awesome. The property is at the very end of the promenade, which is a bit quieter, but very easy access to the beach. "

"Terrible staff, disgusting rooms, bed had dry poop and she front desk said she didn’t care and refused to change sheets. Floor was disgustingly black, beds full of sand . I could go on forever. I was there for 2 hours and they refused to give me a refund. Terrible experience overall. Never again"
