Room appears to be ADA with the broken exterior ramp outside, and the walk-in shower inside. But the GIANT writing desk in the room blocks entry for even an able-body adult from the hallway and the bedroom connection. Too much furniture in that space! The door is also. It flush to the floor with a giant air& light gap bathe bottom right corner. Big enough for a mouse to get in, I’m sure. Otherwise. Clean, comfy bed & great location!

The best part of the room was being able to leave the balcony door open all night. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. There are no real amenities and Noone onsite. Personally I would not stay in Seaside again. Very foggy most of the time. The room is dated and needs updated carpet and a room refresh.

This a beautiful small no frills ocean hotel. The area is quiet and peaceful and the housekeeping staff are very kind and friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no office on site.

One fine spot aside the Prominade, the beach and an easy walk to spots in Central Seaside. Room was comfortable, clean and with amenities to support a comfortable stay. I hope to stay here again sometime in the future.
