The hotel offered a $12 cash only shuttle to the cruise port, which was helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. The woman the at front desk was extremely helpful, however, the person with the curly hair was not very knowledgeable about local attractions and their distance from the hotel.

Price was better than other hotels in the area, the staff were nice and friendly at check in and they refunded our parking because it was supposed to be free parking when we booked without an issue. The beds were nice, the shower was great once we figured out how to use it. Could have used a garbage can and recycling bin in the room. We will definitely use this hotel again. Close to a lot and we were able to walk to our venue in about 25 minutes stopping for dinner on the way.

The hotel was extremely clean, very friendly staff and a great location! We also went to the Flatstick Pub nearby which was fun. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and very welcoming.would absolutely stay again.
