One of the worst trip. When checked-in, I heard that the room will be made up every other day, but the first room make-up was on fifth day even I claimed on fourth night. After the trip, I could find there was a card transaction in the hotel from card history which I have not been informed and I need to clarify with them, I am not sure how long it will take to clear. I do not recommend to my friends

물가 비싼 시애틀에서 가격 대비 무난한 호텔입니다. 체크인 후 욕실에서 너무 불쾌한 냄새가 나서 샤워커튼을 바꿔달라고 요청하니 바로 해결해주었고 그 이후엔 괜찮았습니다. 시애틀 중심가에서 가까운 위치고 호텔 근처에 Cafe Hagen 커피가 정말 맛있습니다. 아침 8시면 호텔 옆에서 공사장 소음이 시작되고 주차비 하루 20불 따로 받습니다.

유명 호텔 체인이라 선택했지만 여러모로 실망스러운 경험이 많았던 호텔
방의 크기나 상태는 나쁘지 않았으나 옷을 걸어둘 곳이 전혀 없다는 것에 1차로 놀람. 호텔 내 세탁기와 건조기가 있어 편리하나 코스 선택이 불가한 아주 오래 된 세탁기와 건조기에 2차 놀람. 체크인 후 security deposit 외 usd 1400 넘는 돈이 청구되었다는 사실에 3차로 놀람. 호텔 측이 실수로 그랬다고 하면서 곧 반환될 거라고 했지만 체크 아웃 한 지금까지도 반환되지 않았음. 하우스키핑 서비스는 매일이 아니라 이틀에 한 번이라는 것도 도착해서 알게 됨. 하지만 , house keeper들은 모두 친절하고 요청하면 추가로 기꺼이 청소를 해 주어 큰 불편함이 없었다.

Second time staying here, everyone is friendly. Hasn’t changed since first visit in 2018. Close to space needle, close to Monorail that takes you to downtown Seattle area. Everything walking distance. Will continue to come here on our next visit.

Great stay ! This place is truly very central and also felt safe. I’m sad to admit Seattle felt a little run down and even a bit defensive in some areas but comming back to this hotel felt safe, secure and like home. Thank you

The staff is super nice and welcoming! Not far from space needle. The bus to Pile place is a 7 minute walk! We love the hotel. Some rooms have a great view of space needle. Very Clean and safe hotel!

Friendly staff, quick check in. Parking garage is small, low ceiling and tight parking so plan for that.

The hotel provided a very old-style plastic coffee machine without a coffee pot and did not provide basic toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower caps. Food for the breakfast buffet was minimal, but the charge was high.

Not much to complain about except for the fact that the tub doesn't drain properly. Needs to be fixed. Close to the city center and everything else you would want to see when in Seattle. staff was friendly as well

Booked this property with the idea that breakfasts were included. Sat down with a bagel and a piece of bacon and was given a $22 check and told to look at the tiny sign saying breakfast was not included but “available”. 4 others had the same issue

Housekeeping is only done on every other day, however no garbage bags are refilled after housekeeping during my stay. Besides, during my 3-night stay, only one bottle of water is provided for each person, bottle water was not resupplied after housekeeping. Having said that, the room was clean, city view was good and the beds were comfortable.

Property is only a 10 min drive to downtown which is perfect! There is also many bus stops around. Lots of things walking distance as well ! Will definitely book again for the near future !

Perfect location if you want to visit Seattle Center. Just a few minutes walk and you’re up in the space needle or checking out the museum of pop culture. Manny at the front desk was very helpful and polite!

Stayed here for one night. Room was really clean and stay was pleasant. Wish there were more amenities available. It’s by what it looks to be an abandoned parking space and had cars directly outside that seemed abandoned as well.
