⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars! The location was perfect, close to everything Seattle has to offer. We were able to park our car and enjoy the city without worrying about driving around. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was a great place to stay for our three-day vacation in Seattle, Washington. Highly recommend!

The stay was amazing! I will say the curtains were see through but I’m looking forward to the renovations that are coming soon! Overall a great place to stay! LOVED the location and how close it is to everything! Will definitely book again!

Very clean room and we got upgraded to a two bedroom even though we booked for a one bedroom and no extra cost. Very friendly staff we were able to check in one hour early free bag holding basic breakfast but good value for the price pretty good location.

At about $80 a night, we got what we paid for. The location is amazing, about a 7 min walk to Westlake station which will then get you anywhere needed outside downtown. About an 11 min walk to Pike Place. Housekeeping is amazing and always on top of it, room can feel small at times but it has what is needed, WiFi was okay, noise can be a bit much if you’re sensitive but you’re also downtown so not much you can do there. Lady up front was nice, the man was a bit short. Bathroom was definitely updated so props on that. The effort is there and we enjoyed our stay, can’t complain much.

This is a decent motel, but I would not recommend for an extended stay. The location is great, it is walking distance from almost anything you’d like to do while in Seattle. However, there is no working elevator, the shower is impossible to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin. I believe the property is currently being updated but as of now the rooms (specifically the bathrooms) are pretty outdated. I think this could be a good place for a night or two, but not the most comfortable overall.

The Dylan staff was the one highlight. This is a motel and make no mistake. It is not an updated motel. This property is a complete dump. Light of the next-door building came through the curtains, which were not blackout, all night. No light sockets in the bathroom so you have to blow dry your hair without being in front of a mirror.

My stay at the Dillon Hotel in Seattle was nothing short of delightful. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt right at home during my solo trip. They kindly guided me with directions on foot to all the nearby spots I wanted to visit, like Pike Place Market, Target, Walgreens, and CVS. They even offered me complimentary bottled water and held onto my luggage until check-in time, which was such a thoughtful touch.The bilingual team was conversational and friendly, making me feel completely at ease in the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a truly excellent experience. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to return—this place is a gem in Seattle!

The room was clean and bed was comfortable, The shower in my room, 205, was difficult to get the temperature leveled out in a comfortable range. Not many amenities so to speak, and the downtown noise was fairly loud. The price may be higher than I’d like for the accommodations, but overall the location was perfect for nearly everything we had planned to do

Staff was really helpful I probably talked to 4 different people each as helpful as the previous one. It was quick check in had a great choice in room and was so nicely located too a lot of stuff. Most importantly it was close to the 1 line from the airport

Excellent location and price. Room was clean and roomy with two rooms. AC was refreshing. There was no outlet in bathroom for hairdryer but I used the lamp from the other room that had outlet which reached the bathroom.
