The only thing was only gave 2 towels for 2 people. The handicap shower was difficult for my husband. Slippery. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good.

Very clean facilities and excellent breakfast. Doesnt expect that we have to pay for parking though. Other places get to park at no cost. Other than that the hotel is very cozy and warm welcome from the staff.

Stayed here a couple days for a business trip, it was excellent. Close to the airport (though no shuttle), the lobby is very nice and clean, and the room was excellent. Everything was very well cleaned, no musk/odors, perfect bathroom, breakfast bar in the morning was good, 24/7 snack bar has a lot of options, front desk staff were super friendly. No complaints at all, would highly recommend staying here.

I loved the way the toiletries were set up, I loved the gated parking, only complaint was there was some loose flooring but other than that it was pretty perfect.

Was a decent stay. Convenient location. Parking was $10 per night and gated. The room was clean. Would be better if the mattress was harder.

We followed a gps signal to find the hotel. It told us to turn left into the parking lot. But there was a fence across the entry way. We had to circumnavigate the building to find an entrance (which was poorly signed). A large sign should be placed on the fenced entrance telling drivers where to go. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. The pancake maker could use some explanation and some doughnuts or danish would be a nice addition to breakfast.

Newer building that is clean and modern. The lobby had an odd smell the entire time I was there (2 nights). I didn't like that the parking lot had a gate at night and there weren't any instructions or notice about how to get access before checking in. Plus there wasn't a well covered loading/unloading area outside the lobby either. Additionally, I loathe the idea of paying a daily fee for parking in an unsecured, uncovered parking lot with signs posted everywhere warning you that you park there at your own risk. Since hotels seem to be the only businesses with parking lots that charge their customers to park there (other than amusement parks and such), what exactly am I paying for?

Clean and friendly staff. But, if you’re a light sleeper or travelling with children I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My family and I were woken up super early because of all the traffic noise from outside. You can also hear everything inside the hotel too—people in the hallway, neighbours alarm clocks and especially people walking above. Gym was insanely way too hot. It was difficult to workout in. Peloton bike wasn’t working (this was part of the reason I chose this hotel)

Will Stay Again
This was our first time staying at this lovely hotel and we will definitely come back! All staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the facility, as well as the comfortable bed and large shower stalls. A beverage bar was available at all times and the included breakfast was a bonus. The lobby had a variety of different, but comfortable seating options as well as a pool table. This hotel takes security seriously by having a closed gate to enter the parking lot after certain hours with a locked front door as well. You either need a provided code or room key to get in or a staff member can let you in. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to shop the South Center area. There are also many restaurants and other attractions to keep you busy. Despite the daytime busy traffic, it was surprisingly quiet at night which made for a good night's sleep.

Colorful modern dorm room
Lobby has lots of social spaces but rooms are no frills student desks with no sitting area. I prefer a comfy chair in my room.

Nothing special. A clean place to stay if you need to rest for the night. Overpriced. Rooms were very small. Minimal amenities. Good morning coffee available downstairs in the lobby. I would much rather stay at a La Quinta for the same price but better value.
