"The room was big and clean and I loved the bathroom, the only problem we had was the tv. It was old and outdated and definitely needed to be replaced with a newer one. Volume button had to be put up to 80 to hear it, the picture wasn't that clear and you never knew what channel you were on. Definitely needs to replace it. Parking was way to high, especially since we were staying at your hotel, stayers need a break on the price, especially while staying and paying in your casio and spending money on gambling there also."

"Stayed in the pyramid, rooms haven't been updated in a while. Water pressure was extreme and would hurt if it hit you in the right place. Stayed a week they only changed the sheets once, they did come in most days to make bed, take out the trash, and give towels but didnt clean anything. 1 of the 3 pools where open, the others were being redone. Food court was decent. Drinks were good. Gym was ok only basic equipment.Decent for the price I would stay again."

"Nice property, good location to the strip and to the wsop, my reason for visiting. The pool is nice, though the music is playing too loudly. During my stay, the hotel seemed to be unprepared and understaffed for the influx of guests during the wsop. Restaurants, shops, cafe's, front desk, etc. All shops in the hotel were OUT of bottled orange juice for 3 of my four days. What? How does that happen? The cafe belle was horribly understaffed every day. The lines were long, doesn't the hotel F&B dept confer with the wsop to insure they are staffed properly for the expected crowds? Further...everything, and I mean everything, is way way way overpriced. From the sundry shop ($8 juice??) to the cafe, to the restaurants. Everything. A muffin, a turnover, and a juice (too go) was $27. Ummm...no thanks."
