“Staff were amazing”

“The room was very clean and warm comfortable the only problem we had was the shower wasn’t hot but Luke warm it was late when we had are shower so couldn’t mention it and we were there for one night. In the morning when we had breakfast we did mention this issue. The staff member that looked after us for breakfast was lovely made sure we had everything the cooked breakfast was lovely her name was iessie she was amazing would differently come again this is our second visit in a year.. ”

“The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend ”

“Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

“We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. ”

“축구장옆이라서 방에서도 축구장이 보입니다. 마침 경기가 있어서 티켓을 구매해서 바로 옆이라 편하게보고 왔습니다 노리치 기차역에서 걸으면 15분정도 걸립니다 짐없으면 걸을만하구요 10분거리에 대형쇼핑몰이 크게있어서 장보고 먹는데 부담없고 나이키할인매장과 H&M이있습니다. 해가 일찍지는관계로 금방어두워져서 쇼핑몰에서 호텔까지 밤에 혼자걷기는 좀 무섭습니다.체크인을 하고 짐을 맡아주어서 부담없이 시간을 보내다 왔습니다.직원들 친절합니다.방은 좀 춥구요”
