“We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...

“The hotel is a little dated but still nice, or room was small but ok”

“Un petit coin de paradis !”

“We booked this by chance on the last day of the season and it did not disappoint. The level of warmth and responsiveness made our stay very enjoyable. From recommending and booking our restaurant reservations, to a wonderful breakfast and spa experience, this turned out to be a stay we wouldn’t forget.”

“The staff were excellent and the hotel itself was fine. The issue was one of isolation. If you aren’t travelling by car then options are significantly limited. Taxis are almost impossible to get (they have to travel from Pisa), the buses were intermittent and weren’t running at the weekend. It also isn’t safe to walk along the main road to access other amenities. On our first night both restaurants were closed (something that we weren’t told when we checked in) and the nearest supermarket...

“Il Palagetto Agrihotel is a beautiful and peaceful countryside property with wide panoramic views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location made it easy to explore nearby Tuscan towns while enjoying the quiet of the hills. What truly stood out was the exceptional support from Giulia. We had unexpected car troubles, and she went above and beyond — allowing us to keep the car safely at the hotel for three days until it was towed, coordinating...

“Excelente servicio, inmejorable ubicación”

“Was completely perfect”

“We loved the feel of the place...light and contemporary decor. Stunning views and lovely pool to lounge by. Fantastic location and we visited Vinci and San Miniato (lovely restaurants) really close by. Of course went to San Gimignano and visited Lucca which we loved! Hotel highlights...breakfast and pool. The dining room is beautiful and I would have quite liked to have part of it as a lounge to grab an evening drink and relax whilst enjoying to view. Light lunches available in the daytime...
