"Amazing stay in Room 301! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains was superb. The room was the largest we've ever stayed in, despite our many years of traveling and booking hotels around the world. The breakfast was good, although the selection could be a little larger and offer more variety. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the receptionist was especially professional and welcoming. If we return to the Lucerne area in the future, this hotel will definitely be at the top of...

"The hotel was excellent we loved everything about it. Being able to swim in the lake was a fantastic way to cool down and we spent a lovely day relaxing in the lakeside garden area. The restaurant was excellent and we ate there every night."

"The hotel was the lovely a s the room was comfortable. The room was booked for two people, but it only had one twin size duvet and one bath towel. It wasn’t set up for two people. I’m sure I could have requested more, but we made due. The check in staff were very polite and helpful!"

"Nice Rigi view with a large room and large balcony. Cows and horses from the nearby farms provided a special experience for the stay. Good for those driving cars. For travellers not renting any cars, the location was quite far away from major Luzern tourist spots and thus inconvenient. Needed to transfer to local bus(es) if you were taking trains. For the room amenities, modern, pretty but impractical."
