"Starting with the shower being dirty and trash not being cleared - noticed it later in the day after check in. The garbage was taken the next day and the shower needed another day to get cleaned! It was ridiculous! If you didn’t clean something before a new guest check in, it’s your responsibility to fix it as soon as possible. So purely managed! The curtains in the bedroom are NOT blackout curtains, they are just a dark grey. The rooms are NOT soundproof, I could hear everything my neighbours were doing. Had to raise the volume of the tv to block them out. Will not stay there again, which is a shame, as the area is nice."
