"I have visited this hotel nine times and have generally enjoyed my previous stays. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I felt the service standards had declined significantly.
The staff were noticeably unfriendly throughout my stay. There was confusion regarding the availability of items on the drinks menu, and the breakfast experience felt impersonal, with little effort made to guide guests. The Front Office team was also cold and unhelpful when I requested room cleaning.
As a repeat guest, I was previously recognised by the staff and had always felt welcomed. This time, however, the interactions felt rude and indifferent, which was disappointing given my history with the hotel.
Based on this experience, I will likely consider other hotels for my future visits."
