The room was freezing cold all night I slept in my puffer jacket. I did report to staff and they said they would turn the heat up but it was still cold. Shower was hot thankfully but this is not suitable for winter

Good location. No staff at reception. Warmer was on in the room’s floor but have they forget the customers luggages and goodies they bought are place on the floor and it melted the chocolates and plastic material luggages. Online check in is fast and efficient but if we need to re-print the confirmation flight and seat number for claims is it able to do so? I have tried but unable to retrieve again … if after the confirmation and can email an soft copy with flight and seats confirmation will be great.

The room was bigger than I expected. It’s enough space for 2 people. I checked in via calling the stuff and they tell us the password for the room. The other people do the same, but they just repeat after stuff telling the password so I feel it’s insecure because if there are other people in the reception area, they hear the number.

convenient but a bit noisy
It was a convenient location, clean and tidy and self contained. But constructions going on around the place so if you intend to sleep-in, don't bother as the noise starts quite early.

One word “Catfish”. The room DOES NOT look like pictures. It smelled really bad too and felt very stuffy. It is not worth of money at all. The only decent thing about this place is location. I would never come back not recommend to anybody.

The location is good there's a 7 eleven just across the road. The room are nice and clean, just that you'll need to ask the staff to bring you the heater if you need it

Golden location with private bathroom!
The price is reasonable. The location is golden. You can access Hongdae's shopping spree zone within 5 minutes. The bedding is surprisingly good. I liked the private bathroom, basic but does the job. The doors seem very thin but I didn't hear much noise once it's closed. Privacy is much better than what you'd get at any guest house.

Very good location. 10 minutes walk to Subway station and airport train station. 15 minutes walk to line friends, Spao, Daiso, and Uniqlo. Lots of good restaurants near by.

The room was clean and it was cosy and warm in winter. It also has heated flooring. It’s located not far from the station and the nearest station exit has an escalator, which makes it easy for people who have luggage. Just hope that it had a floor mat to dry my feet after coming out of the shower.

The rooms are tired and need upgrading. I stayed in 101 - torn wallpaper, noisy radiator, damp bathroom, shoddy cleaning and thin walls & door didn’t make for a very pleasant stay. This was especially disappointing after reading so many positive reviews prior to booking. The owners tried to offer another room but the place was fully booked. On the plus side you can watch fairly recent movies in your room and it’s very conveniently located in Hongdae, a super cool area.

recommended!
the staff were really nice and friendly, and the room was spacious and cozy. location was great - it's a few mins walk away from the station. also, there's a lot of convenience stores and cafes around the area, so there's no need to worry about breakfast. only downside was that the room's windows was rather close to the bed so the room can be a lil bright in the morning. overall a great experience!!

Room is a bit small and located in basement so no view at all. There is gap between the room door and door frame which caused much noise. There is a pipeline outside the room window and strange water running at midnight. I was told by Sunny laundry service involved a fee. Having a shower was also a challenge. Reasonable price and walking distance to airport shuttle as well as Hongdae Univ station. Sue is very friendly and always with a smile. The room is very clean and cooking equipment is available too. There are plentry of food stalls nearby.

Nice place with convenience location
Nice place, home feeling with very helpful and nice staff. The location is super convenience around Hongdae area. The room is tidy and clean. The only disadvantage are thin walls between rooms. Its quite noisy during check out time in the morning.

The TV screen will switch on by itself, which was rather creepy. I went in winter but the shower heater was not consistent. Otherwise, the hostel has a nice vibe with number lock on each room door which is good - no fear of losing the key. Breakfast was very nice and the staff is friendly. Thought that the room price was a little pricey for what we were offered though.

When I see this guesthouse location at google street view, I think it's so far from subway but when I arrived to Korea it's not far. All staff in this place is really friendly (Sunny,Sue,etc) I really like her. Sunny help me to bring my luggage and help me cooking food, all staff is very kind. The room is comfortable and clean. Everything is good and If I go back to Korea I will visit her again. Thank you for everything :)

1F Room 107 was quite small but had everything I needed in the one small space. The floor "boilers" in Korea make the stay in Winter very comfortable. Free water bottle replaced in your room every day. It was very convenient, a two minute walk from the station and 7-Eleven is 10 meters away. I only met the daytime hotel staff (Sue) and she was very accommodating to me and everyone who walked into the hotel. When it was time to leave the hotel, she helped me find taxi for my luggage and travels. Would highly recommend this place!

Initially we were given a room with leaking water from air conditioning pipe but staff ( Sue ) was very helpful and managed to get us another room and refund for the night. Great location at Hongik university station.
