โBed was so comfortable. Restaurant/patio was great. Hotel decor is great. WW pictures and paraphernalia make it history buffโs dream. Staff were excellent. Not one complaint โ
โIt was our second stay at this hotel and if we hadn't had a good stay the first time, we would never have gone back.
But the hotel was easy to use, easy to find, easy to book, reasonable cost and reasonable facilities.
It will never be a 5-Star Hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be either!
We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Kortrijk and there definitely will be a next time.....โ
โOne night stopover en route to Le Shuttle small friendly town and hotel is very central and looks mainly to be an events venue but staff very friendly and a breakfast to die for.โ
โIt was a very nice stay at the hotel, the people were friendly and welcoming. Also the room was very clean even with the dog! Everything is on walking distance. โ
"Parking excess was difficult and there wasn't previous info for the pin code. The light in the toilet was out of order but didn't changed even we requested. Sofa bed was not prepared even we arrived at 6pm.
There were only 1 person at the front desk and difficult to communicate in English.
Location of the hotel was good but other things were not recommendable."
