“We were happily surprised with our rental. We didn’t know what to expect and were quickly charmed by this little farm house. It had many updates and yet, many original features. It is nestled among other little farms and yet, within 5-10 minutes of a grocery store. The host provided plenty of towels, bedding and amenities that were helpful to our stay. “This was a little slice of magic as our base for visiting Sequoia. A heads up that being less than 10 miles from the park actually means that it'll take you an hour of switchback driving to get to the General Sherman tree, but the drive up (and back) is spectacular as you get up into the mountains. The house is well put together, and there were nice touches like having dishwasher tablets ready to go, and plenty of coffee pods. Laurabelle was great to communicate with, and you're less than a 5...
