Get started early. The parking lots get full by 10:30. Or take the shuttle from local hotels.

Go early. Be in the parking lot for the shuttle by 10 am. If you have two days drive up to Kings Canyon first day. Explore the second day after you know where you want to explore. Just loved the Parks.
