“Staff was wonderful! Took us to the cruise ship directly. Rooms were very nice.”

“It was supposed to be a check-out at 11:00 am, but around 10 am, a staff member, without knocking, came into the room! She was a young lady who only told me whenever she saw me, sorry! I'm mad at her behavior! Not acceptable! Because we arrived late the night before, we asked the property manager if we could check out later or not. She told me no, the checkout is exactly at 11:00 am! But I think they expected us to leave before 10:00 am!”
