"I had originally booked the holiday inn for mine and my daughter’s Disney trip. When we arrived at the holiday inn I was really disappointed and I was able to book the Hilton. As soon as we arrived at the Hilton I knew I made the right choice. Check in was amazing. I told the staff member what happened and she upgraded my room to a Disney view and gave me free breakfast! The room was amazing, the hotel was amazing. They have a shuttle service through a 3rd party that takes you to Disney! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

"Not as clean and some of the rooms are bad. We ended up having to getting put in another room because this one had little nats coming out of the shower drain. The water pressure was just a tiny stream of water. but when we got moved, that room was much cleaners. I've stayed here a couple of times but don't think I'll be returning this next time we're in Anaheim."

"Location is great, about a 8 minute walk to the park. We stayed in a renovated room, the beds were clean ill give it that however, the bathroom was not. I found multiple hairs in the tub and toilet. The room walls were very thin, could hear the neighbors talking so loud in the middle of the night, the AC would randomly turn off and make the room super hott then wed hsve to turn it on again. The water pressure for the shower was terrible, and the tub width is very small. I would stay here again for convenience purposes only because I have a toddler but not worth the price we paid. They also charge $30 for early check in, which is fine.. but our room was already ready and available and still charged us. Barely saw staff cant really comment on them but were nice at check in."

"Hotel was nice but they told me my room was upgraded on their terms and it was not .. this was suppose to be a romantic couple of days with my wife but they put us in a room with bunk beds and then resort fees were way higher then other hotel .. overall not a good experience"

"Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, separate tub & shower. I had an easy check in for the 1 night I stayed . Breakfast was included. I would stay here again."
