Room: spacious, comfortable and clean. Surroundings: convenient stores and various dining options Shuttle: driver s very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Overall very nice hotel. Will stay with them if coming to Shanghai again.

Arrived at the residence and was greeted by one of the staff who showed us to the apartment and how things worked, including the security and aircon. Very helpful and also gave us some insight into China, which helped us a lot. The property is well maintained and very safe. It is very conveniently located for public transportation and shopping. DiDi drivers had no problem finding our place and the security staff were always very cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend this residence for a stay in China and it was particularly great to “live in the local neighbourhood” rather than in a tourist trap hotel. The people here are so friendly and welcoming. We will be back
