I would like to thank the incredible staff for making the stay welcoming. Spawn Li was incredibly attentive and helpful. It is extremely warm welcomed stay! Tina helped us a lot and help upgrading to a suite without asking! This is not a normal holiday inn you will get anywhere else in the world. The whole staff team really bring the service to another level. Good pool and gym also. Location wise super close to the hongqiao airport. Awesome place to stay overall!

The room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable and the deep soaker tub was great. I could hear the airplanes going by but and it was quite loud, but it didn’t bother me. I very much enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, the very kind helpful staff and the morning breakfast was very delicious. One downside of this hotel is it is not walking distance to any subway so you will have to get a car to get to the subway.
