We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We really enjoyed the drinks in the lounge, and the spacious breakfast area made for a relaxing start to the day. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable right up until check-out. A special thank you to Cynthia, who helped us at check-in. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

We stayed in an executive room with club lounge access. We used the pool and sauna. This hotel is outstanding in room size, quality of the bed and bedding, cleanliness, service of every staff member and the food was of high quality and plenty of choices. Would highly recommend .only hotel on our whole holiday to ask how was our stay.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable and in a beautiful location near the Changfeng Park and convenient being next to the Joy City Mall. Breakfast is good. Only minor issue is that sound proofing could be better. I heard my neighbour belt out Chinese songs to my amusement and another neighbour practising the violin.

Great hotel and excellent services!

Excellent hotel! 20 minutes ride from Hongqiao Airport, train station and Hongqiao CBD. Great location: walking distance to Changfeng park, the subway station and the mall (Joycity) where you can find plenty of places to have a full meal or quick bites. The room is nice and clean, the bed is comfortable. Staffs are nice and helpful.
