Worst hotel I've ever been.
I sent inquiries email few days before check in, but I got respond after one week. And the response was not included every inquiries I asked. So I needed to sent email few more times. One of the inquiries was about room preference since we planned belated birthday party and FOM Max promised me to give a perfect condition rooms. However upon checked in, we smelled toilet odor in the room. I requested to fix the situation because we had strong room preferences and too inconvenient to change rooms. Even though we came back at 10pm, room odor was still same. Therefore I went down to front desk to solve the problem but staff just asked us to change both two rooms. I made my statement very clear that I don't want to change but they insisted me to change. Staff said another tower side rooms have better view. So I went up to inspect four rooms at night which clearly worse than our original rooms. Eventually we changed our rooms from 27th floor to 13th floor at 11pm. Moreover, we called GSC to send wine opener, however the staff's English was too poor so that I needed to repeat few times and let hr know how to spell wine opener. Finally, on the next day, FOM Rex sincerely apologized and offered compensation so that we could stay comfortably rest of the days. If you want to stay this hotel because of night view, I rather recommend you to stay in Fourseasons or Marriot. The only thing that I liked this hotel was spa facility.
