Although the hotel is a not new but kept very well. The location is perfect. The service is excellent. The reception manager Leo is very friendly and professionally. We enjoyed our long stay of 11 nights at suite room. Will come back again.

Wonderful view, very helpful staff.
Wonderful Hotel with amazing view, premium lounge has great selection of food and drinks after 5pm, staff are always ready to help when you need them.

An awesome visit to Shanghai.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The lounge on the 38th was a nice place to unwind after a long day of seeing the sites. The views were amazing!
