The buffet breakfast was nice. During the rain storm, there was a ceiling leak into our room. But it was fixed the same day. Unfortunately the maintenance staff left a drill and construction dust in our room. We had to consistently ask for enough towels for our whole family to bathe. Our kids had a lot of fun playing in the play room.

The room was amazing. It was quite large and clean and provided everything I needed for my stay including a shuttle to Disneyland. The hotel itself was well kept and clean and had a lot of amenities great for solo travelers or families. Staff was friendly. The site states multilingual staff, including English speaking, however I found the staff I interacted with couldn’t speak English. They were super friendly and helpful though and we were able to communicate via translator! I’d absolutely recommend the hotel and would stay again if I ever get the opportunity.

It was very nice stay. Staff was awesome. Breakfast buffet was very nice also. Transfer to the airport after my stay, they sent me to the wrong airport. I had to pay triple taxi fare to get to the right one so I wouldn't miss my flight.

The hotel was fine but upon arrival Hotel staff could not find my reservation. I made them away here and send a message before I got out there that I booked my hotel a day early because I was flying in on a morning flight had to show that a picture of the resort in order for them to find my reservation

Front desk do not speak English only Chinese. Most downtown shanghai hotels have a translator at each registration desk where there is a microphone and you can see the whole conversation. Even on the phone in your room there is a translator that speaks to you in your language. The transfer to disney was a nightmare. Again, you don’t know where the bus for pick up is because they cannot translate that to you. The bus driver is extremely rude and smokes cigarettes in your face. Not nice at all. There was one lady who tried her hardest to help me because she saw my frustration the whole trip. As we used google translate to help us. Everyone one else either hung the phone up on me after they said “ no English “ or acted like they were so busy so they couldn’t assist me. But, that one lady helped me and I thank her. I had a miserable time. But, must say the rooms were amazing. I had a two floor 2 bedroom They just need to focus on accommodating all guests not only their language.

공항에서 비교적 가까운 위치에 디즈니랜드 무료 셔틀이 있어서 3박 했어요. 거의 중국인이고 한국인은 저희 밖에 없는 것 같았지만 방과 욕실이 넓고 깨끗하며, 직원들이 대부분 다 친절하여 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 특히 안경 쓰신 남자분 되게 친절하셨어요. 영어가 안 통해서 소통은 거의 번역기로 했고 호텔 바로 건너편에 작은 슈퍼, 슈퍼에서 조금 더 가면 약국 있습니다. 1층에 실내 키즈 놀이터가 세 군데 있는데 아이가 놀기 좋아요. 조식은 가짓 수도 많고 매일 조금 다르게 나왔어요. 중국 음식은 제 입맛에 별로 안 맞았지만 요거트, 과일, 빵, 계란, 우육면, 옥수수(초당스타일), 고구마(꿀고구마), 커피 위주로 먹었네요. 혹시 디즈니 셔틀을 이용하실거면 전날 프론트에 이야기 하셔서 위챗 채팅방에 들어오시고 출발은 정해진 시간에 호텔 정문에서 차 타시면 됩니다. 돌아오는 셔틀은 8시부터 한 차 꽉 차면 호텔로 돌아오고 다시 출발하는 방식으로 수시로 운행하는데 도널드덕 주차장에 도착할 때마다 새로 주차장 번호를 알려줘서 지정된 주차자리를 찾아서 가면 돼요.(디즈니 가는 버스에서 안내원이 중국어로 속사포 랩을 했는데 정치적인 이야기인거 같았어요 못 알아들어도 괜찮을듯요) 저는 담에도 상해갈 일 있으면 이용하고 싶은 너무 만족스러운 숙박이었어요. 즐거운 상하이 여행이 되시길 바랍니다!

每次到迪士尼玩都会订这个酒店，周边还有一个野生动物园。服务贴心，第一天到的比较晚，前台24小时也是有人接待的而且小姐姐们非常热情。前台有接送机，地铁接送，迪士尼接送。酒店设施舒服，性价比高。超赞的是，酒店房间有超大个浴缸，玩耍疲惫的一天，在房间泡个澡就完美不过如此了~ 推荐推荐
