Great value hotel for an above-average stay

The hotel cleanliness and the service is up to standard. Hotel only have 3 gym equipment which is should be improved considering 4 star rating. However value for money and price is significantly cheaper than surrounding compared to its peer at the 4 star. Also not too far from town (20RMB taxi) and (35RMB Taxi) to train station Hongjiao which is quite reasonable. Not a busy area and quite nice neighbourhood. Overall quite good stay if you going to stay for a long-term business trip to control cost.

업무차 상해에 갈때 이용하는 호텔로 저렴하고 좋은 호텔

상해 출장시 이용하는 호텔로 저렴하고 깨끗하며 직원들이 영어가 된다!! 베스트웨스턴 체인 호텔이라 믿고 쓸만하지만 주변에 편의점도 없고 편의 시설이 없는 것이 흠이다

ホテルの名称が「最佳西方上海瑞特大酒店」なのに、ホテル外部の大きなサインボードには「上海瑞特大酒店」とあり、私は「最佳西方…」を目標にホテルを探したので、なかなかその所在に気付けなかった。客室は値段の割に設備は新しく、清潔だったので、それから虹橋空港にも近いし、帰国の前日に泊まるのに便利だと思う。

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere unless you pick up a taxi you wont find anything close. there is no wifi but in the hotel restaurant neverless it is very slow. Rooms are old and smelly. I wont stay there again.

hotel is just avg . it needs renovations . only 1 thing make it worth is "spa" . spa services is too good . they offer one massage in 200 rmb ( 120 min) its so relaxing and 100% value for money . if i will go next time i will stay in same hotel only for spa .

Reasonable rate -- reasonable room

As with most Chinese hotels, you get more for your money than in the U.S. This room would cost 3 times as much in an American city. Desk personnel, bellman and others can handle English if you're patient. Expedia makes the hotel seem closer to Hongqiao airport and railway station than it really is. About a 35-40 RMB cab ride.
