Very conveniently located with amazing views of the Bund. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, made it a very pleasant stay. Our toddler had a great time and was given kids amenities (including a toddler pillow!) - would definitely recommend!

The hotel was just at a different class compare to the ones that I have stayed in the last two weeks at the more rural cities or towns. From the point where you step in, the staff was excellent and the food was just spoilt for choice. Room was clean, nice and view of the bund made it special. I would highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic hotel in a prime Shanghai location. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the range of services is impressive. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — a wonderful spread covering both Eastern and Western options. But the real star of W Shanghai is the staff. Every single person we encountered — from the warm, welcoming lady at the reception desk to everyone else we met throughout our stay — was helpful, genuinely cheerful, and went above and beyond. Absolutely loved our stay here, the view from our room was amazing. The whole staff is extremely helpful from the moment you arrive till the day you check out, the small details really made our stay memorable, there is someone always near to help you with anything that you need. The area is great near tons of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, north bund park. Area is safe , clean, absolutely worth the price. Rooms are very modern and you have everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was also great lots of variety and they do change it up everyday. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved the birthday treat they left in my room too !

Amazing view and location

I stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The location was convenient with a mall next door with the metro underground and walking distance to the Bund. Service was friendly and attentive and hotel facilities were fantastic with a 24/7 gym, indoor and outdoor pool, spa with massaging showers, and a onsen style spa with cold plunge and sauna free for guests to use. Couldn't fault this stay and will definitely be back when travelling to Shanghai in the future.

The rooms at this location are deluxe and comfortable. This hotel has one of the most comfortable mattresses of any hotel I have tried in Asia. The hotel is very modern and chic, clean, and has really cool vibes and the team is friendly. I would love to stay here again.
