"I was blown away by the room. While a bit in the small side, it was a newly renovated and exquisite room. The lighting options were beautiful, the blackout curtains were stunning. The bath and shower were perfect and the bed super comfortable. The view from the room was also stunning. The staff were lovely. I have zero complaints."

"Lovely beautiful hotel, if not ever so slightly dated in its decor, however it’s beautifully maintained. My room was exceptionally comfortable and the location fantastic. The staff were not overly welcoming and I also had to provide a deposit at check-in despite having paid for my room already. This practice seems a bit outdated and is very none customer friendly. You demand an immediate deposit but then won’t/can’t refund people’s money back immediately… I didn’t like this at all and three days later still haven’t got MY money back. Breakfast catered for a wide range of tastes, continental, cooked eggs and local cuisines which was lovely. A nice place to stay, staff aside."

"Nous avons été très bien reçu à l’hôtel. Ils ont eu de la difficulté à trouver notre réservation! Les chambres étaient très confortable et nous avons très bien dormis. Je trouvais l’hôtel un peu loin de la station de métro et autobus. Le personnel était très attentionné et même si ont ne l’avait pas demandé; Ils ont montré nos valises dans notre chambre! Le personnel à la réception était très sympathique."

"The room was very large, breakfast was a decent variety but be careful as despite allergens being displayed, they can be incorrectly labeled. The bathroom was very big in the room with a full size shower, bath and double sink. although the shower particularly around the drain area had quite a bit of mould. It would be nice if the breakfast area was more spread out as we sat quite close to other guests."
