"Where do I begin? Curtains didn’t close completely so anybody walking by could see in. Light from outside shone onto bed at night from curtain slit. Bathroom was very small ( have photos) and very poor quality ( Had Motel 6 bar soap as hand soap, got picture) Desk and furniture in poor condition( didn’t even sit in chairs that looked to have ground in dirt). No power plugs near desk or bed to plug in phone or computer chargers. The list could go on but saving best for last. The flooring near the far wall felt to drop off a couple of inches feeling like an issue with the foundation in some way. "

"Due to an emergencies ended up only staying for 8 hours. We informed the clerk when we checked in that we will just sleep in for the night and have to leave early due an accident of a family member. Please refund the charge for the second night."

"I will admit, I booked the hotel without really reading reviews. I didn't look till a night or two before our arrival, but when I did, I got a little nervous. We arrived and we were impressed with the location and thought the property itself was beautiful. If you're looking for a luxury property, I'd venture to say you're better off in the city, but if you want a comfortable, safe, and accessible property to the beach with restaurants, a market, etc within a reasonable distance, this hotel is amazing. Our room was clean, had an awesome view, was easily accessible with parking. Only one night did we get back a little later and had to park a little farther away, but I genuinely don't understand some of the negative reviews. We were here for 4 days. My only complaint was the walls being a little thin, but generally our neighbors were quiet. My experience with the staff was great. Front desk was helpful, polite and was there when I needed something printed, no questions asked. The pool though smaller, is indoors and heated. My son has special needs, and when we travel as a family, there's things about some hotels that make the experience just better than others...and he really loved coming here and was comfortable.. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and giving my little family a fantastic Spring Break. We loved it, and we'll be back soon for sure!!"

"The view was beautiful, front and center, though there are a lot of passer byers so not much privacy on the deck and I might mention the deck is only for standing, not enough space to have a seat or put a seat. If you need more towels, more coffee, cups, anything really be prepared to call them twice and remind them before they bring anything. They will not clean your room while you are there even if you request it. Location was cute restaurants everywhere but very expensive for basic food. Cute little gift shops, a dispensary, ice cream parlor, you name it all in one location. The hotel pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. The ice machine will dispense ice only, so bring your own water. No microwave in rooms, one on the second floor in the corner. Elevator doors close extremely fast so if you have children hold your arm in the opening so the doors don't close without you in with them. There are luggage carts everywhere which was very useful and nice. Beds were comfortable, TV channels were very limited but we didn't mind, we weren't there to watch TV. Beautiful State Beach two minutes down the road, hard to find parking the later in the day you go. Great location but come prepared with your own things cause the hotel itself isn't very accommodating a d to eat out will cost you a pretty penny anywhere within walking distance. "

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I had in the U.S., especially considering the price. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but guests are required to call at least four hours in advance to reserve it. That is highly impractical, especially for international travelers, people with unpredictable flight schedules, or anyone dealing with delays. The shuttle also has to be arranged by phone, which makes the process even more inconvenient. I waited at the airport for over 45 minutes, saw shuttles from other hotels arrive multiple times, and never saw this hotel’s shuttle. If the service is this limited, it should not be advertised so prominently. Check-in was also unpleasant. The hotel required me to fill out multiple forms containing various warnings about fines and penalties, which felt excessive and unwelcoming. Although I had already booked through a platform and my information was already on file, I was still asked to manually provide additional personal details. The whole process felt outdated and unnecessarily burdensome. The room itself was not worth the price. Soundproofing was poor, and since my room was next to the stairwell, I could clearly hear people walking by and talking. The curtains were also inconvenient to use and did not block light properly. For nearly $300, this was a very disappointing stay. I would not return, and I would not recommend this property to other travelers."
