“Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar. We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill. Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash! Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!! “This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. “Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. ”

“This is the third time I stayed at the Smokies Park hotel. I enjoyed the quiet surroundings and friendly services in particular. Without a doubt, breakfast and dining is superb. Only thing they could improve is the shower tab. Not enough water pressure in the morning.”

“We stay several times a year when visiting locally to see family. Always a warm welcome by the staff even when arriving late in the evening. The rooms are clean and simple, perfect for a few nights break when we just need to sleep and are out all day. Breakfast is a buffet help your self with a range of cooked food, cereals and pastries and fruit available. Even got porridge! Thanks for another lovely stay. ”
